Announcements - 6/12/18

Attention next years juniors and seniors if you are interested in taking a College Course next fall, please see Student Services for an appointment.

We will be selling Yearbooks today starting at lunch time outside the lunch room.  First come,
first serve.

Class elections will be held Thursday during homebase.

There will be a meeting for those interested in running cross-country next fall on Tuesday at 2:30pm in room 104.

Attention all field hockey players, Wednesday after school in the cafeteria will be the field hockey player information meeting with the new coach. All interested players should attend.

Attention junior students who have signed up for AP English Literature or Honors 12 next year: the summer reading assignment will be sent to your school email by 2:00pm today. If you do not get the assignment or have any questions, please see Mr. Murphy, Ms. McCrea or Mr. Phillips.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be Advisory schedule. Back to a regular schedule on Friday.

Congrats to our Boys Outdoor Track & Field Team - recipients of the MPA Sportsmanship Banner - which is voted on by each school in our SMAA Conference.  The banner was presented to them at the State meet held at Morse High School in Bath on June 2nd.  Scot Pride!

Congratulations to the following BEHS Track athletes who are going to compete in the 2018 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Track Competition - 28th Edition - at Aggie Stadium in Greensboro, North Carolina on June 15-17:  Emma Abbott (2020), Ami Beaumier (2019), Christine Toy (2019), Kayla Raymond (2019) with Abigail Nelson (2019) competing in the 4x400 and the relay medley

They are the - 2018 #1 3200 Relay Team in the State of Maine  - the State Meet took place on June 2nd.

Thanks to our focused, challenged, energetic, fleet-footed track athletes!  Thanks to our dedicated track coaches!  A season well played!  Best of luck at Nationals!

GRADUATION PHOTOS were taken by Hockmeyer Studios and students got a postcard with a code to see their photos on hockstudio.com.  They will be sending proof postcards to us, to send out to seniors. If seniors have lost or not received a code and they don't want to wait for the proof postcard - they can call the studio to get their code. 207-692-0080 from 8-4.

Our fearless Military folks have given us the opportunity to recognize our students in many avenues of success.  Our US Army Reserves are presenting the last scholar athlete awards this year - the program is ending with the US Army Reserves.
