FROM THE DESK OF THE PRINCIPAL:

September 17 to commemorate the signing of the Constitution which took place on

September 17, 1787, and “recognize all who, by coming of age or by

Do you think that every student here at Bonny Eagle High School should feel safe, welcome,
and respected for who they are?  The Civil Rights Team does.  But, we know that in every school
community, there are things that happen so that not all students feel this way.

This is a problem, but you can be a part of the solution.  You can join the BEHS Civil Rights Team!

We believe that bias, prejudice, and hate have no place in our school.  We can do better than that!  We can celebrate our differences and work together to create the kind of school community we all
want, where everyone truly belongs.

If this sounds like something you might want to be a part of, please contact Mrs. Hayden for more information OR join us on Tuesdays after school in room 308.

Thank you!  The Civil Rights Team looks forward to working with all of you this year!
